Round-Robin Results

24 teams competed in the 2003 Michigan MLK. The teams were divided into two brackets of twelve, and each team played a full round-robin in its bracket.

Playoff Results

The top three teams from each division advanced to the top playoff group, the next three teams to the next playoff group, and so on. The two round-robin matches against teams in the same group carried over to the playoff bracket. Each team then played three cross-bracket matches to complete the playoff round-robin.

After the playoff round-robin, ties were broken first by head-to-head, and then by points per game in the playoff bracket matches.

Final Results

Chicago A and Kentucky then advanced to the best-of-three finals, with Kentucky holding a one-game advantage by virtue of their playoff round victory. However, Chicago A won both finals matches, by scores of 350-205 and 265-185, to capture the tournament championship.
