Michigan Academic Competitions announces the 2003 University of Michigan Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Tournament, scheduled for January 18th at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
RULES AND PACKETS
The tournament is a timed, packet-submission event using NAQT-style rules. Full packet requirements are available in the updated Michigan Memorandum and its Appendix. Packets will be edited by Michigan Academic Competitions.

We will accept Canadian dollars at par from Canadian schools.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility for teams wishing to attend MLK 2003 will be based on the NAQT Eligibility Rules. Exceptions are possible if there is space available in the tournament field. We will give extra consideration to players who wish to travel a very long distance to play at MLK.
